30-Day Easy Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Return:
- Email us at Timeless@nazsell.com with your order number
- We will send you a return label within 24 hours
- Ship the item back to us
- Once we receive it, refund will be processed in 5-7 business days
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at Timeless@nazsell.com. We will cover return shipping and send replacement ASAP.
